By creating an account or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Acceptable use

• Log only your own genuine dining experiences.
• Submit restaurant histories and photos in good faith, with accurate information and only content you have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, manipulate star tallies, or interfere with the app's operation.

Submissions are reviewed by administrators and may be rejected or removed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you contribute — diary entries, notes, photos, and submissions. You give the app permission to store your content and, where you have consented, to display submitted photos within the app. Your diary entries remain private to you.

Accuracy of star information

Historical Michelin star data is provided in good faith, partly through community submissions. It may be incomplete or incorrect, and restaurant ratings change over time. The app and its owners are not affiliated with the Michelin Guide, and no warranty is made as to the accuracy of the data.

The service

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
